As NPR's social media strategist, I spend most of my time working behind the scenes, but once a month or so, I sometimes wriggle my way on air to talk about Internet culture. For this Saturday's Weekend Edition, I found myself talking about technology — and Twitter in particular — to a most unlikely person: NPR senior news analyst Daniel Schorr.

This is one of the ways Fox-IT hacks into people’s systems to test the security of their businesses. It is a smart way to tap into peoples curiosity, especially if you camouflage the USB stick as a panda in the case of Poken.

It seems that the only FLV editor on the planet is written in Flex using Adobe AIR. I am really impressed by the application and I actually think it is one of the best AIR applications I have used. It is a simple utility and gives you direct binary editability into an FLV file. You can inject and edit FLV metadata and crop at any FLV keyframe.

In a way, this concept is already the reality for many people who work in web-related fields- especially those who are self-employed and utilized web-based applications as a cost-saving measure.

Now I might not be a lawyer or I might be reading the above Terms incorrect but to me it sounds like I am giving up any rights I have on my photos I upload to them, essentially passing over ownership of said items to Facebook. If they want to use a photo of mine via one of my (30+) albums they can and they can do whatever they want to do with it and even make money off of them.
